Fluvius recognised as a Great Place To Work® for the third year in a row
For the third year in a row, Fluvius may officially call itself a Great Place To Work®. This year, the company achieved a score of 82%, good for an increase of 5 percentage points compared to last year. The certificate is more than a label: it is a clear recognition for and by its employees.

What makes Fluvius a Great Place To Work?
With a score of 82% , Fluvius far exceeds the 65% standard required for recognition. Employees indicate that within the company there is strong interconnectedness, a great sense of responsibility, plenty of autonomy and room for fun at work. Moreover, they take pride in contributing to energy transition and climate adaptation every day.
The survey shows that employees experience Fluvius as a place where trust, respect and cooperation are key. All five dimensions of the model scored above 70%, with strong outliers: camaraderie (87%) and respect (84%), followed by pride (82%), credibility (80%) and honesty (79%). These results confirm Fluvius' commitment not only to strong management communication and integrity, but also to a culture where people feel supported, work together smoothly and are proud of their work and their colleagues.

Fluvius is the grid company responsible in Flanders for building, managing and maintaining distribution grids for electricity, natural gas, sewage and heat. Fluvius also manages the municipal public lighting park. In total, the company manages 230,000 kilometres of utility lines and 7 million connections. Fluvius operates in all Flemish cities and municipalities.
