Fluvius Bruges customer office: new address from 22 April
Fluvius' new regional building in Bruges will open on 22 April. From the new location in the Blauwe Toren industrial zone, Fluvius serves part of West Flanders, mainly the Bruges region and surrounding municipalities. At the same time, Fluvius' customer office is also moving to the new location. The old office is closing its doors for good.

The new customer office will open from 22 April at Blankenbergse Steenweg 350 in 8000 Bruges. The entrance to the customer office and the customer car park are just around the corner, on Kolvestraat.
Our customers can go there for all questions about Fluvius' services, ranging from information about meter readings and connections, to help with Fluvius Prepaid. They are welcome on the days and hours below.

Charging point Prepaid
The charging terminal for Prepaid, which is available around the clock, will move to the new location immediately. It will be located at the gate of the main entrance on Kolvestraat. Our Prepaid customers can also recharge via our Prepaid app or via My Fluvius: my.fluvius.be/prepaid.
